It is nice to have a quick go-to quilt pattern that can be made up in short time for a last minute gift for a friend or coworker who had a baby or for a charity quilt. I designed this quick and easy baby quilt that uses a fun focus fabric and two coordinating fabrics. For my quilt "for the boys" I used a cute focus fabric with monkeys and lions.
I love to use plaids for bindings, and this plaid really finished off this quilt nicely.
Kits availableIf you would like to have a kit of this quilt on hand for a last-minute gift or for a charity quilt, kits are available at Stitchin' It Up Quilt Shop. There is also a version available for little girls. The kit includes free instructions for this quilt.
