Some of the things I include in my blog are:
- Pictures and stories of my quilts as I complete them. I also like to participate in blog hops and linky parties. Below is a Christmas quilt I recently finished.
- Pictures and stories of new quilting patterns I have tried along with helpful tips for you if you would also like to make the item. One such pattern was the Abbey Bag pincushion with attached scrap/thread bag as shown below that I blogged about here. Many times I will also have kits available in my online quilt shop, Stitchin' It Up Quilt Shop, for you to purchase.
- Several times a year I also host giveaways.
Thank you to "2 Bags Full" for hosting this blog hop. Stop over at her blog to see the list of nearly 600 blogs participating in this hop.
Happy Quilting!
Merrilee
I have been following by Bloglovin and I still want to get the pattern and make an Abbey Bag when I get caught up some day. crystalbluern at onlineok dot com
ReplyDeleteHi, Merrilee!
ReplyDeleteI am one of Vicki's volunteers. My name is Terry. I don't see a link to Vicki's blog on your post. It would be wonderful if you could add one.
I tried my hand at quilting. I wasn't very good at it. I am a crocheter and a knitter. Those projects are much easier to rip out when I make a mistake.
Have a wonderful time at Vicki's party!
Terry

Your snowmen are darling! They would be a wonderful addition to my Christmas snowman collection...I add at least one every year (and they are beginning to take over the area around the tree!) I used to do a lot of quilting, but have spent the past few years primarily knitting. Your blog has given me a nudge back toward my fabric stash! I'm visiting tonight as a GYB blogger, but I'll be back often. Sara
